Okay, so it's been about two weeks since I decided it was really time to start working on my weight. How long can you use the excuse of having children?? Anyway 8 lbs. down!! Yippee! Only 40 lbs. more to go! I have been getting up before the kids every morning and working out for at least one hours. Hubby and I have also been taking advantage of a week of 60 degree weather and taking the kiddos for lots of walks! If I stop and think about how much weight there still is to lose it makes me very sad. ONE DAY A TIME!!! Right??

Ok so I have been getting up between 5:00 and 6:00am to get 1 hour on the treadmill or eliptical before getting the kiddos up for breakfast. I am a little tired but the weight has got to go. I feel so much better. I am finally remembering my pre-pregnancy days when I worked out 2 hours in the morning and some days my husband and I would walk for hours after we were off work. I want to be healthy so that I can be the best mother, wife, and servant of God that I can possibly be.

So it's been a long time since I started this but I am finally going to try to keep it up. I am having a very hard time losing the weight I gained carrying my four little ones. I gained over 90lbs. with my pregnancy and at one time I only needed to lose 20 more. However now I have gained another almost 30. How did that happen??? Little sleep, little exercise, no mommy time, and terrible eating habits. Thank goodness I am on the move again. I am working out one hour every day and have cut my calories to almost nothing. The only question is, how long will it take<
